How do you describe a feeling of extreme emotion? A rush of blood, a flood of hormones, adrenaline? Call it what you like. I would say, nothing prepares you for that, till it happens! I saw her a 100 mts away as I got out from the car and she saw me too. I raised my hand to acknowledge her and she rushed to me along with a friend. I was all smiles and so was she. "Uncle, how are you?! How long since we met!!", she said as she reached me and that's when it hit me! The flood of emotions! No wonder I felt myself drawn to her. Forever, I have missed that feeling of the heart melting that only a daughter can bring. I couldn't take my mind off that feeling. It was an addiction. My eyes were wet with happy tears. I tell those having a daughter that they have done a whole lot of good, to have been given the gift of an angel by their side. Ask any guy and he would say the same. Boys can never give you that rush of blood that a girl can. Can I consider her my own?
